Peace. It’s what we’re all looking for. Inner peace, world peace, can I just get some peace, please? Buddhists would tell you we already have it – you don’t need to seek it – it’s there, but it’s covered up with other stuff (thoughts, worry, attachment, distractions) that prevents us from noticing.
Need some peace help? Try Peace is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh.

I just discovered Thich Nhat Hanh’s book, Mindful Movements: Ten Exercises For Well-Being, and in a few weeks I plan to teach the movements to a group of third graders. In education, so much emphasis is placed on productivity, speed and efficiency. Mindfulness brings balance. Thanks for the link!
I think you’ve got some lucky third graders to have you as their teacher, Cameron! Cheers!
