We had local figs for a while, but their season is almost over. Peach season is wrapping up too. But there are yummy cherries – not local, but delicious! And there’s still lots and lots of squash and tomatoes…

I’ve been enjoying lots and lots of cherries, too. It’s still peach season here and we’ve been enjoying the ones in our CSA box. So juicy and fresh and tasty!
Yum! Yay for peaches!
I love figs and I’m trying to grow my own
Cherries tend to be expensive here…I’ve thought about trying to grow my own, but not sure the donditions are right here
You now have me fancying some cherries and I’m nowhere near the shops until the weekend!
Oh, sorry, Piglet! We have a fig tree too, and it makes incredibly sweet figs, but it only produced a few and they’re gone… alas!
Mmmmmm….squash and tomatoes. This is the yummiest time of year!
Yes! How lucky we are!
I have been eating a lot of apricots too. So juicy and delicious.
Yum- apricots!
I’ve been enjoying cherries, but no fresh figs here. I don’t think I’ve ever had a fresh fig… hmmmm… nope. Just the dried figs.
Different fresh figs have different tastes. I love the super-sweet ones. They’re also good broiled with a little goat cheese and honey. Yum.
This pic feels kind of 70s to me; in a good way.
It reminds me of being a young kid…
I like that!
